Your Dave.Deals order will have to be placed through Paypal even if it is being shipped within the United States. We are unable to accept international credit cards or any type of payment that has a billing address outside of the United States.

Free shipping applies to all orders within the continental (lower 48) United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping

We ship all orders as quickly as possible using FedEx. Kindly note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, we suggest upgrading to next day or two day service to receive it on time. 

Ground shipping: Orders received before 12 PM Central Time will begin processing that day and will be delivered up to 10 business days. 

Orders placed on Thursday after 12 PM Central Time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday, observed holidays excluded.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take up to 10 business days to arrive after shipment, weather and conditions permitting. Delivery details will be provided via email and text message (if you opted in) upon confirmation of shipment.

Oh no! This is not the result we wish for. In the unlikely event an order is returned to our warehouse, we will refund you the price paid, minus the cost of shipping (even if your purchase qualified for free ground shipping). We do this to keep our costs down.

We use FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day, Express Saver, and Ground, alongside our local carrier partners for overweight items. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We only ship to the Continental 48 US states, Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Bases, and Puerto Rico at this time. We are currently constructing a Canadian version; submit your contact details to be notified!

Yes! Our amazing warehouse team is fulfilling orders, usually within two (2) business days. (We love them too!). 

Orders

We work very quickly to ship out orders and start processing them once the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact customer service via our contact form or via Live Chat during business hours as soon as the order has been placed. Kindly note we cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time excluding holidays.

First, check with neighbors and all possible areas that your delivery may have been left (i.e. hiding spots, front desk, mailroom, corridor, back door, etc.) If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us right away at via our contact form or our Live Chat option. We can start an investigation for your missing package with our carriers FedEx, US Postal Service, or UPS.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer product personalization. Depending on demand, we may offer this service in the future.

Returns

No. All purchases made on Dave.Deals and affiliated websites including eBay and Amazon are final sale. We do not accept returns. 

We offer a 30-Day warranty on all products purchased on Dave.Deals. Upon discovery of the issue, contact us either via our contact form or Live Chat within 24 hours of receipt of the product. 

Outlet

No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by our standard 30-day guarantee. 

Dave's Electronic Deals Outlet offers free replacements within 30-days from purchase when there is a product with the same listing condition available in our inventory. Due to the unique nature of each used product sold on in the Outlet, we may not have similar conditions available.
